Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a great way to get your name in front of our community while supporting The Beach Theatre. You’ll be featured as the presenting sponsor of one of the films already on our calendar, which means you’ll reach an existing, built-in audience. It’s a cost-effective way to show your support and gain visibility without the expense of a full buyout. (See the attached sponsorship package for all the perks!)

Private Rental

If you’re looking for a more exclusive experience, a private rental is the way to go. Renting the theatre gives you the entire space to yourself for the night—perfect for company outings, private parties, or special celebrations. We’ll host your event and provide all the amenities of the theatre, and if you’d like to show a movie, we can help with those arrangements too (note: some films may carry additional studio costs.)

Co-Production

For groups or organizations interested in partnering on a public event, we offer a co-production model. With this option, you can bring your own show, screening, or performance to our stage while sharing the risk and reward. The financial structure is either a flat fee of $500–$1,500 (depending on the day of the week) or 40% of the box office—whichever is higher. This model allows us to collaborate while making sure your event has the potential to grow and succeed with our audience.
